IMPORTANT: Our products are shipped in the factory crate and the dealer is responsible for ensuring that they are properly set up and assembled. Dealer must complete the Setup Checklist and Warranty Registration form upon sale of each item. Warranty claims cannot be honored unless the warranty registration is on file with RedStreak Motors. Warranty registration can be done on line or via mail by completing our Warranty Registration Form.
Dealers must inspect shipments upon delivery. If the crates are damaged in any way, dealer must sign the delivery receipt with potential damage noted. Dealers must notify RedStreak Motors within 7 days of receipt if there is any shipping damage, by submitting a Shipping Damage Report along with a copy of the delivery receipt with damage noted. RedStreak Motors will take care of filing shipping claims and sending replacement parts to Dealer once the Shipping Damage Report is filed. RedStreak Motors cannot honor shipping damage claims unless the damage is noted on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. |

Our limited warranty is for one year from the date of purchase by the consumer. The warranty is for manufacturer defects only. Warranty provides for the replacement of defective parts only. If a covered part needs to be replaced, dealer must submit a Warranty Parts Request Form and the replacement part will be shipped as soon as possible. Defective parts must be available for inspection or return at RedStreak's discretion. RedStreak will pay shipping cost of replacement parts. Customer will pay for shipment of defective item back to RedStreak. Parts covered under warranty include mechanical parts (engine, transmission, starter, drive train, carburetor) and electrical parts (CDI box, regulator, coil, ignition, relay, flasher, horn, fuel sensor, left and right combination switches, odometer). |
Battery has a 30-day warranty. Warranty does not include expendable parts or normal wear and tear items such as bulbs, fuses, brake pads, tires, filters, cables (speedo, brake, throttle). Warranty does not include labor or towing. RedStreak Motors will have no further obligation under this warranty if damage to the equipment or components arises from abuse, shipping damage, misuse, negligence, or an accident. IN THIS AGREEMENT. RED STREAK MOTORS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES OTHER THAN THE SUMS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, OR RENTAL VEHICLE INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF THE FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. |

Warranty does not include labor or towing. RedStreak Motors will have no further obligation under this warranty if damage to the equipment or components arises from abuse, extreme riding or racing, shipping damage, misuse, negligence, or an accident. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESSS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. RED STREAK MOTORS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES OTHER THAN THE SUMS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, OR RENTAL VEHICLE INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF THE FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. Operation, Registration and License Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the motor scooter in accordance with local state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representation as to the qualification of the motor scooter for legal operation in your City or State. |
